4. Download a photo or legible scan of the following documents to finalise your registration:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE REFUND OFFER
The company Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd is organising, from the 1st of April to the 30th of June 2024 included a transaction with deferred partial reimbursement.
For the purchase of one or two products eligible for the Offer, between the 1st of April to the 30th of June 2024 at a participating distributor, the company Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd offers you a refund of up to 100 pounds (including VAT), under the terms and conditions of the offer detailed below (hereinafter "the Offer").

This offer is reserved to all natural persons over the age of 18 living in the United Kingdom and cannot be combined with other current promotional offers. It is limited to a single reimbursement of 35£, 60£ or 100£ (including VAT), depending on the references purchased, per household (same surname, same first name, address and/or same bank details)
TO BENEFIT FROM THE OFFER:
- BUY BETWEEN 18/03/2024 and 30/06/2024 INCLUDED the date of the invoice, a handheld tool and/or a lawnmower from the references eligible for the Offer presented above.

Please have your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), the serial numbers of the tools and/or your mower and your bank details ready.
- FILL IN THE REGISTRATION FORM
Fill in your postal address, your bank details (IBAN/BIC), fill in the details of your purchase and upload the supporting documents detailed in paragraph 4 below.
Please make sure you respect the registration deadline and provide all the requested documents. Any registration after 7th of July 2024, and/or incomplete will not be considered eligible for the refund offer. The bank details and the name on the invoice must be in the participant's name,
- DOWNLOAD a photo or a legible scan of the following documents to finalise your registration:
- A photo of your invoice showing the name of the participant or a receipt with the date of purchase, the price and the reference of the tools purchased circled. If the reference does not appear on your receipt, you must request an invoice.
- A photo of the serial number of your handheld tool and/or lawnmower, which is on the label on the unit.
- ELIGIBILITY AND REIMBURSEMENT
If your application meets all the conditions of the offer, you will receive your refund according to the ECHO product(s) purchased by bank transfer only within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the applications and their validation.
You will be informed by email of the compliance or non-compliance of your entry. Remember to check your email regularly.

The company Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd reserves the right to consider as null and void any participation that does not comply with the present conditions and/or to refuse to take into account any invalid participation and in particular for the following reasons
- Any invoice with an anomaly (crossed out, blurred, rewritten, incomplete*, falsified,) or sent after the date of 7th of July 20224.
- Any invoice for which the contact details on the proof of purchase differ from the contact details on the online form (in particular the information relating to the surname/first name)
- If the product purchased and indicated on the invoice is not an eligible product for the operation.
- Any claim made after the deadline
*Any incomplete application (e.g., missing proof of purchase and supporting documents).
Any claim must be brought to the attention of Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd before 31st of August 2024, by writing to the following address service.consommateur@take-off.fr, specifying the operation number (3834) in the subject of your e-mail. The operation will be definitively closed after this date.
Purchases made in shops or on websites of companies not registered in the United Kingdom will not be taken into account.
The organising company cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of requests due to problems beyond its control. No participation fee will be refunded.
The personal data collected is subject to computer processing by the company Take Off, commissioned by the company Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd, which is responsible for the processing of this operation. This processing is carried out solely in France. The data collected is essential for this processing and is kept for a period of one year from the end of this operation. It is exclusively intended for use by Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd in connection with the refund offer and will not be used for any other purpose. If you have agreed to receive commercial information from Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd, this data will be passed on to its marketing department. Farm & Garden Machinery, T/A FGM Claymore Ltd guarantees that it will process personal data in accordance with the applicable law, in particular with regard to the confidentiality and security of such data.
